Definition

​

"Recommender(s)" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a registered user of True Balance Application and has referred a relative, friend etc. for availing Credit Check facility.

“Recommednee(s)” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean the person who has been referred by Recommender for checking their credit score.

“True Balance Application” shall have the meaning as ascribed in Service T & C of BHI.

“Offer” shall mean this Credit Check- Refer and Earn Offer.

“Referral Cashback(s)” shall mean reward in the nature of wallet money or free points to be credited to the True Balance Account of Recommender upon successful referral.

“Credit Check” shall mean the facility of credit check offered by BHI wherein the User will be able to check his credit score with identified credit information companies associated BHIvia True Balance Application.

“Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from July 15, 2020 to July 14, 2021 (both days inclusive).

Terms & Conditions

​

1. This Offer is applicable to successful Credit Check by Recommendee only. Recommender shall not be eligible for any Referral Cashback under this Offer if any product/ service other than Credit Check facility was availed by Recommendee.

 

2. No Referral Cashback will be provided in case Recommendee has already completed Credit Check

 

3. On every successful referral, below Referral Cashback shall be given by BHI:

a. Recommender: Amount equivalent upto INR 5;

b. Recommendee:Amount equivalent upto INR 5

Further, for special campaign(s)/ reasons from time to time, BHI may, at its sole discretion, can offer different rates of increased/ decreased Referral Cashback.

 

4. One Recommender can make maximum number of 100 referrals per month for earning Referral Cashback and at the same time, maximum Referral Cashback which can be earned by a Recommender is an amount equivalent to Rs. 5,000 per month, whichever is lower. For the purpose of calculation of the aforesaid limit, calendar month (1- 30/31 of the month) shall be taken into consideration. BHI reserves the right to increase, decrees or remove the aforesaid cap on number of referrals or monetary limit at its sole discretion without any prior notice.

 

5. It is clarified that in case Recommender has made more than 100 referrals in a given month, referrals in excess of 100 shall not be counted for the purpose of Referral Cashback to Recommender. However, Recommendee shall be eligible for Referral Cashback even if he/ she is completing the Credit Check through such excess links.

 

6. In order to avail the Credit Check facility by the Recommendee, the Recommendee should hold True Balance Application.

 

7. Recommender confirms having obtained the consent of Recommendee before providing him referral of Credit Check facility.

 

8. Recommender hereby authorizes BHI to send invitation links to the Recommendees through different modes of communication including SMS, Whatsapp, email etc. at different intervals.

 

9. In the event, Recommendee has received multiple invitation links then the sender (Recommender) of the invitation link which Recommendee clicked at the last will be qualified for Recommender Referral Cashback.

 

10. Recommendee’s Credit Check status may be shared with Recommender to effectively check his status of Referral Cashback.

 

11. Referral Cashback shall be allowed only if the Recommender’s / Recommendee’s True Balance Application has the adequate limit available.

 

12. In case Recommender or Recommendee does not comply with the applicable terms and conditions of True Balance Application or other ancillary services then, BHI reserves the right to not only to deny providing further Referral Cashback but also reserves the right to withdraw Referral Cashback already provided to the Recommender.

 

13. BHI shall endeavor to process applicable Referral Cashback within seven working days of credit check by Recommendee.

 

14. In the rare case of non-availability of any prize mentioned under this Offer, a prize with a similar value may be offered.

 

15. Referral Cashback shall be subject to applicable tax. Tax liability for the Referral Cashback would be with the recipient of Referral cashback.

 

16. Recommender/ Recommendee understands that by availing Credit Check facility under this Offer, BHI and its group company(s) including True Credits shall be entitled to use their credit score or other information for the purpose of analyse and/ or to offers or promotional schemes provided by BHI, or its group company(s) including True Credits from time to time and authorises BHI to share credit score or other information for the said purpose with BHI, or its group company(s) including True Credits.

 

17. BHI may, at its sole discretion, utilize the services of external service provider/s or agent/s or assign it to any third party on such terms as required or necessary, in relation to this Offer.

 

18. BHI reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer or discontinue this Offer in its entirety or other applicable product/ services, as the case may be, without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.

 

19. Neither BHI nor any of its directors and employees, representatives, agents, and its Affiliates shall be held liable in event the declaration and undertaking given by Recommender(s)/ Recommendee(s) to BHI is found to be false and untrue.

 

20. Recommender(s)/ Recommendee(s) agrees, at its own expense, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BHIits directors and employees, representatives, agents, and its affiliates against any claim, suit, action or other proceedings brought against BHI its directors and employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates by the person(s) referred in respect to the use of his information/details as shared by the Recommender(s)/Recommendee(s) with BHI in pursuance to this Offer.

 

21. These Terms and Conditions shall be read with the applicable terms and conditions of True Balance Application or Credit Check or other ancillary services. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have meaning ascribed them in other applicable terms and conditions.

 

22. All claim/ dispute arising in relation to this Offer, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Gurugram (Haryana).
