Opening Credit Insights is a soft check. As per TransUnion CIBIL, soft enquiries are not used to calculate your score. Loan ranges are indicative, as on September 2026, and are not offers from any lender. Your approval chance is an estimate, not a loan approval or a final quote. A lender makes the final decision when you apply. For the score number, go to CIBIL Score. For a question about your report, use AI Credit Chat.
Explore Credit InsightsAfter you give consent, Credit Insights shows lender categories and loan ranges based on recent app data from similar users. It also helps you understand your CIBIL report before you apply. It is not a loan offer or a promise that your score will improve by a certain date.
You see the CIBIL score from your report. It matters, but it is not the only thing lenders look at. Two people with the same score can get different results because their repayment and borrowing history can be different.
For the number itself, see CIBIL Score.
These are details from your report. Credit Insights does not compare lenders or recommend cards, funds, or insurance.
Repayment (DPD)Days past due on a loan or card. Recent or repeated late payments can make lenders cautious.
Credit utilisationHow much of your card limit you are using. Using most of your limit can matter even with a good score.
EnquiriesRecent loan or card applications. Applying many times in a short period can be a concern.
Open loans and cardsAccounts still marked open. An account you closed may still show as open on your report.
Little or no historyNot enough borrowing history. No history is not a bad score; it means lenders have less to go on.
Credit Insights shows indicative loan ranges by lender type, so you can see which type of lender may match the amount you need.*
Use the loan-amount slider to choose the amount you need. The app then shows an approval chance for that amount. This is an estimate based on your profile, not a guaranteed approval. Your final rate, amount, and approval come from the lender when you apply.

A higher score can help, but it does not guarantee a loan. Common reasons include:
A recent late payment or bounced EMI
A loan or card that still shows as open after closure
Several applications made within a few weeks
An amount that may be harder to approve with your current profile
Little or no credit history
