Offer Cards Ranking Methodology Disclosure
- Loan offers displayed to users are ranked using a transparent and uniform logic to ensure fairness and clarity.
- Ranking can depend on factors like
- APR,
- PF,
- Interest rate,
- Loan amount,
- Disbursal speed,
- User filters for sorting post-ranking are allowed which can be developed if required.
- User actions (CTR, approvals, disbursals)
- Any other criteria as may be decided from time to time subject to approval of the Committee.
- Lower-cost offers appear higher in the list.
- Where offers have a similar cost, additional factors such as disbursement amount and applicable charges may be considered.
- All eligible offers are displayed to users, and the same ranking logic is applied consistently for everyone.
