True Balance  Gift card is a prepaid virtual card that contains a specific amount of money available to use for   services  available in the app like Recharges, Bill Payments .
True Balance Gift Card can be used for: 

• If you don't have a bank account to add money into the wallet
• If you have spent full wallet limit
• To gift to your friends/family
  
  

Gift Cards, once purchased, cannot be returned or refunded. Please be informed that Gift Card balances cannot be transferred. Additionally, you cannot partially redeem the Gift Card.

To buy a Gift Card:

• Select the Gift Card options with various amounts from the Home page of the True Balance app you wish to buy. You can also manually enter the amount.
• Enter the required details. You can send it to yourself or a friend.
• Proceed to Pay

Please be informed that the Gift Card balance cannot be transferred.

Yes. To resend Gift Card, please follow below steps: 

• Go to your Gift Card purchase order history
• Tap Resend button at the bottom of the page
• You will see two options here either to send to the same number or the different number
• Select the desired option and tap on the resend button.

To add a gift card to your account, you first need to redeem the Gift Card. Please follow the steps below to redeem:

To Redeem:

1. Go to your mobile message box and find the Gift Card SMS.
2. Tap the Gift Card link in the SMS via True Balance app.
3. Tap Redeem button

You're done! Your Gift Card will be added to your account, and you can use it to make a recharges/bill payments.

 1. Tap 'Gift card' on the main page of the app

 2. Tap 'Redeem' on the top right corner

 3. Enter 16 digit serial number

 4. Tap the Redeem button to redeem your Gift Card

No, you cannot redeem the True Balance Gift Card for cash.

You can purchase 200 Gift Cards in a month. Also, a single time purchase limit of Gift Card is Minimum Rs 10 and Maximum Rs 10,000.

The Gift Card balance will lapse if your Gift card Expires.

At the time Recharge or Bill payment select 'Gift Card' as your payment method and the amount will be deducted from your Gift Card.

The validity of the Gift card serial number (if not redeemed) will expire in 1 year from the date of purchase.

However, once the gift card is redeemed, the card will expire in 12 months from the last use date of the app.
